Glass bangles are extremely delicate by nature. While we take great care in packaging every order, it is common for 1–2 bangles to break during transit due to their fragile nature. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for up to two broken bangles.

If more than two bangles arrive damaged, please email us with clear photos of the broken bangles within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll happily send you a replacement for the broken pieces.
